Delete your Quiz Mint account

    quiz-mint.com এ সাইন ইন করুন, অথবা Quiz Mint অ্যাপ খুলুন।Sign in at quiz-mint.com, or open the Quiz Mint app.

    প্রোফাইল মেনু থেকে "নিরাপত্তা" (Security) পেইজে যান।Go to the Security page from your profile menu.

    "অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করুন" বেছে নিন এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করুন।Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
  4. 4
    আপনার ইমেইলে একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ লিংক যাবে — সেটিতে ক্লিক করুন।A confirmation link is emailed to you. Click it.

৩০ দিনের সময়30-day grace period

নিশ্চিত করার পর ৩০ দিন পর্যন্ত আপনি সিদ্ধান্ত বাতিল করতে পারবেন — শুধু সাইন ইন করে নিরাপত্তা পেইজে গিয়ে বাতিল করুন। ৩০ দিন পর ডিলিট স্থায়ী হয়ে যায়, ফিরিয়ে আনা যায় না।After you confirm, you have 30 days to cancel by signing in and cancelling from the Security page. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

  • ডেটা এক্সপোর্টের ফাইলAny data export files

যা থেকে যায়

What is retained

  • ফি ও পেমেন্টের রসিদ — প্রতিষ্ঠানের হিসাবরক্ষণের রেকর্ড, আপনার নাম ছাড়া।Fee and payment receipts — the institution’s accounting record, without your name.
  • পরীক্ষার ফলাফল ও উপস্থিতির রেকর্ড — প্রতিষ্ঠান এগুলো সংরক্ষণ করে।Exam results and attendance — retained by your institution.
  • অডিট লগ — পরিচয় মুছে ফেলা হয়, ঘটনাটি থেকে যায়।Audit logs — identifying fields are stripped; the event itself remains.

আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠান আইন ও হিসাবরক্ষণের প্রয়োজনে এই রেকর্ডগুলো রাখে। এগুলো থেকে আপনার পরিচয় মুছে ফেলা হয়।Your institution keeps these for legal and accounting purposes. Your identifying details are removed from them.

সাইন ইন করতে পারছেন না?Cannot sign in?

অ্যাকাউন্টে ঢুকতে না পারলে নিচের ঠিকানায় ইমেইল করুন। যে ইমেইল বা ফোন নম্বর দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা হয়েছিল সেটি উল্লেখ করুন। আমরা পরিচয় যাচাই করে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অনুরোধটি সম্পন্ন করি।Email us and include the email address or phone number the account was registered with. We verify identity and complete the request within 30 days.
